The roof report gets you – the home owner, engaged in the process.

We do not want to file insurance claims or suggest repairs or replacement to you, if it is not needed.
Your custom roof report shows you the integrity of your roof and working together, we can put together a plan for the best course of action for your property.
If an insurance claim is filed, your custom roof report can be used to assist in the claim adjusting process in getting your full roof replacement approved.
If there is no damage to your roof or not enough damage to warrant a full replacement, then your roof report can be used a record of what your roof and the exterior of your property looks like on that day and can be compared with future reports to determine if any change has occurred.

Once we arrive at your home, we begin by taking pictures of the exterior of your property. This helps us to observe and record the current state of the property and we use this as our foundation and we build from there.

STEP 1: DAMAGE
We Perform A Damage Assessment of Your Property
When a storm causes wind and hail damage to your property, you need a company that can jump into action and get the process for your full replacement started immediately.
STEP 2: INSURANCE
We Assist With Understanding Your Insurance Policy, Filing a Claim and Getting Full Approval.
Wil the Roofer and his team will provide immediate 24-hour Emergency Response and Assistance to damage caused to your property by: -Wind -Hail -Fire -Water Or anything else that requires immediate attention. We walk with you through and assist with the entire insurance process.
3: REPLACEMENT
We Help Secure Your Approval And Complete The Work To Your Property.
Once approved, we will help restore your property to its original condition or better. We... -Use High Quality Roofing Materials (GAF, Certainteed, Owens Corning) -Are Licensed Professionals -Have Finance Options Available -Are Insurance Claims Specialists -Company and Manufacturer Backed Warranties on Material and Workmenship.

OUR PROCESS & WHAT TO EXPECT
Two days before your new roof install, your materials are delivered.
In most cases, our distributor will load the new shingles to your roof top. This makes it easier for our install crew to work (the alternative is that they carry 100 bags of 80 lb shingles up a ladder).
We ask that you keep your driveway clear on delivery day.
On install day, I along with my crew, will arrive to your home between 7am and 7:30am. Once again, we ask that you keep the driveway clear.
We start by removing all of the old material off of your roof and then we inspect the integrity of the plywood.
Once the plywood has been inspected and replaced if necessary, we put ice and water shield on the eves and valleys. This prevents ice damming when it snows.
Next, we cover the ENTIRE ROOF with a strong synthetic felt material. If for whatever reason your new shingles are defective and fail, this synthetic felt material will protect your roof/plywood from water damage.
Our “go-to” is Felt Buster, part of the GAF System.
After the synthetic felt has been applied, we begin to build your new roof. Most companies will use an architectural / laminate shingle. That is the standard these days. However, where some companies will give you a 35yr shingle. We replace your roof with a 50 yr, 200mph wind resistant shingle at no additional charge.
Once the shingles have been installed, we protect your roof by installing a custom ridge vent and capping it with GAF Cobra Ridge Vent and matching ridge shingles.
The GAF Timberline HDZ is one of the best shingles on the market today.
Certainteed Landmark and Owens Corning Duration Shingles are also available.
